Lt. Col. Scott Anderson
Communications Officer 1st Brigade
A little about your Communications Officer… I reside in West Virginia with my wife of 7 years, Major Christine Anderson, and our 3 sons, SGT James Nicholson - 11, Cadet Scott A. Anderson, Jr. - 6 and Cadet Charles G. Anderson - 3. I have been a fan of Sci-fi my whole life and an active member of STARFLEET since September ’05. Some of my current positions include being the Director of the Flag Officer’s School in the STARFLEET Academy , Director of the Infantry School in TRACOM and the Commanding Officer of the USS Glory, which is about to conclude its Shakedown phase. I am also active in my local church where I am the Department Head for the Media Department. In my spare time I enjoy working in Digital Video and Photography, reading and watching videos with the family.
I am very excited with the potential growth of the First Brigade and the vision that our Brigade OIC has for our future and I encourage each of you to join with the OIC in building a better Brigade for each of us. I also look forward to serving you and the Brigade as the Communications Officer. I also look forward to the growing communications from the individual Marine all through the Chain of Command.
My current positions include:
First Brigade Communications Officer, First Brigade Training Officer, Director of the Infantry Branch - TRACOM, Director of the Flag Officer’s School - STARFLEET Academy and the CO of the USS Glory.
